Research has demonstrated that noticing good things in nature can improve your wellbeing
Join Welfare@CampusLife on Wednesday afternoons (starting 30th October) for a short walk and to practise the "three good things" wellbeing exercise
This event will take place entirely outdoors, please ensure you wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear
Did you know, being in nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. Join us and take 30 minutes out of your week to improve your wellbeing.
