Research has proven that better connection to nature can improve your wellbeing.
Join us on a short, weekly, mindful walk in nature where you will practice the ‘three good things’ technique; using your senses to recognise what you can see, hear, feel and smell about the surrounding environment.
Being in nature reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases positive emotions. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, but it also contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.
Take 30 minutes out of your week to improve your wellbeing.
* This event will take place entirely outdoors, please ensure you wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear.
