Dreams and Meditation
These two natural abstract phenomena, being both part of the material and mystical world are close relatives as they are pathways of guidance encouraging us, consciously or unconsciously to understand ourselves more fully and guide us through to deeper life meanings.
Dreams especially help us express inner fears, anxiety or even joy although in many cases we are bewildered due to the emotions caused via visual impressions at the theatre that is enthusiastically played out in front of our unconscious eyes!
In most cases these film like experiences need interpretation and although real in some respects they are only symbols of reality NOT reality in themselves!
However, when we take on the peaceful attitude of meditation we can consciously set out to find answers or find a space where our heart is without anxiety in which to contemplate our inner spiritual world, reach to the Unknown or to just find peace without the human emotions beclouding the beautiful space that is our True nature!
Both can lead and support us on our passage through life with insights gained from what they offer, enhancing the course of whatever we do with our free will and the choices we then decide to make! Together therefore, with knowledge, understanding and short practices anything is possible, it only takes a little effort to make use of these wonderful, precious gifts!
