Swansea University’s Brand-New Global Lounge is opening Thursday 1st May 2025 at 12 – 2pm!
No need to get a ticket but if you would like an email reminder book your free ticket here!
The Global Lounge will be a multi-cultural hub in Fulton House which will operate as a place to socialise and relax as well as be a space for exciting activities - creating a sense of belonging and integration of home and international students!
There will be stalls showcasing different cultures through games, art, music, dance, food and musicians! Come along to immerse yourself in the many cultures here at Swansea Univeristy - You Belong Here!
It is also the opportunity to be a key part of the beginning of our Global Lounge journey!
Important Information:
COVID-19: You must not attend this event if you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days, have been a close contact of another person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 within the last 7 days, have been advised to self-isolate, or are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Data Protection: International@CampusLife will use the information you provide for attendance and safety purposes. Your information will be provided to our trip leader on the day of the event for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations. Photos: We might take photos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the form of leaflets, social media posts, digital screens and on our website. If you would not like to be included, then please tell us on the day of the event. If you see yourself in any pictures and would like to be removed, please email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk and we will make sure that any photos of you are deleted.
Food/ Allergies: Please note that you are responsible for your own dietary requirements and allergies. All food will be listed with a full list of ingredients but we cannot guarantee the there will be no contamination with other foods.

Cancellation: Spaces are limited, so if you book a ticket but are not able to attend, please ensure you cancel this through your What’sOn account. This will allow another person to take the space and avoid people missing out.
