Please note this event is for students currently enrolled at Swansea University (and their friends / family) and is not open for bookings from the general public. A valid Swansea University Student Number will be required on booking.

Description: Run by our fantastic GO! Team volunteers, this is a chilled-out meet up, giving you the chance to take a break, relax, and meet some new people.
This meet-up is open to everyone, but we've aimed it at those of you who are coming on our Tenby trip.
This is a great opportunity to meet other people who are interested in seeing and doing the same things as you on the trip - and there is so much to choose from! It Is a chance to meet new mates, find people you already know who are also going, and plan your day - or just come along for a chat!

Conduct & Safety: You are responsible for your own behaviour and timekeeping throughout the event. Please act in a considerate, respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Any form of inappropriate, offensive, aggressive or disruptive behaviour towards other participants or staff will not be tolerated. Individuals who engage in unacceptable behaviour may be asked to leave the activity. Please take reasonable care of your own health and safety, as well as that of others. If you have any concerns regarding safety or conduct—whether about yourself or others—please raise these with the Event Leader as soon as possible.
Data Protection: We will use the information you provide for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics but will not share it with third parties or use it for marketing purposes. Your information will be provided to our event leader on the day of the event for the purpose of attendance monitoring and emergency situations. The information will be kept confidential and destroyed after the event. Native’s policies can be found on their website.
Photos: We might take photos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the form of leaflets, social media posts, digital screens and on our website. If you would not like to be included, then please tell us on the day of the event. If you see yourself in any pictures and would like to be removed, please email us at gosocial@swansea.ac.uk and we will make sure that any photos of you are deleted.
