Get ACTIVE has joined with SO FIT to deliver an exciting new session - OUTDOOR FIT (think of a fitness circuit sesson in the outdoors!).  

Experienced trainers will lead you through various activities on both campuses, the seafront, and the beach, utilizing both the natural and urban environment. With the natural beauty of Swansea as our backdrop, you can expect to feel invigorated and reconnected to nature, while working towards a happier and healthier you.

This session caters to all levels of fintess and abilities and is great for those looking to lose weight, build strength, increase your endurance or simply want to feel better in your own skin.

Time: 12:30-1:15pm

Location: Singleton Campus - At Front of Taliesin Arts Centre

Cost: FREE

Weather: Unpredictable...we are in Wales after all!! If the weather is against us, we may be forced to cancel the session as we want to make sure it's as safe as possible for you to enjoy the experience. If we have to cancel the event, we'll let you know by email. 

Conduct & Safety: You are responsible for your own behaviour and time keeping. Please take reasonable care of your own and other people's health and safety. Please ensure that you familiarise yourself with safety information and safety instructions. If you have any concerns, please raise these to the event leader.

Acknowledgement of Risks: (a) I understand that participation in a Get ACTIVE session could result in a physical injury. I agree that I do so at my own risk, am voluntarily participating and assume all risk of injury to myself; (b) I understand that Sport Swansea recommends that if I have pe-existing medical condition/s, I should consult with a health professional before participating in Get ACTIVE activities.  

Accessibility: This event will involve steps and rough terrain. If you have any queries regarding the suitability of this event, or have any specific accessibility requirements, please contact getactive@swansea.ac.uk before booking a ticket. as soon as possible.

Children: On this ocassion, children are not able to attend. Get ACTIVE will be delivering some family friendly activities soon. 

Data Protection: Get ACTIVE will share your details with relvenat staff for attendance and safety purposes. We will use your data to produce internal statistics. 

Photos: We may take photos and videos throughout the event which we will use to promote future activities in the on social media posts and on our website. When booking your ticket, you'll be asked to give photo/video consent. If you change your mind to your initial answer, just let us know on the day.
